ZBBX400–1000
High-Efficiency Double-Rotor Powder Classifier
A dynamic powder-classification system designed to separate fine and coarse fractions through a controlled compound force field.

Operating principle
Configured around the process condition.
The ZBBX classifier distributes feed into an upward air stream and combines gravitational, centrifugal and vortex effects for particle separation. A lower cage rotor re-disperses settled material, while the classifying zone is arranged to support controlled separation and stable material movement.
